His work has traversed a range of industry sectors including banking and biopharma; consumer products and consultancy; manufacturing and mining; technology and transportation.
Milo has designed and facilitated successful programs in change leadership, project management, process management, sales effectiveness, service quality and brand management.
He has instructed MBA courses in Finland; designed communications for an Indonesian gold mine; delivered manager training in the UK; negotiated an agreement in Japan; run a product preview in Korea; and led dozens of strategic planning sessions for large and small organizations in North America.
Milo began his consulting practice in 1993 following 15 years in executive roles at the manager, director and vice-president level.
He earned an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh Business School) and has taken continuing education at MIT-Sloan and Henley Management College.
