Milo Paich is an executive facilitator, management consultant and business educator with international experience and an enterprise-wide perspective.
His work is informed by project experiences across a range of industries and categories including biopharma, consumer products, food service, financial services, government, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, mining, technology and transportation.
Milo has designed and facilitated successful customized programs in change leadership, project management, process management, sales effectiveness, service quality and branding.
He has also designed and developed products including Paradigm Learning’s award-winning Countdown® project management simulation, in worldwide use since 1999.
Milo has instructed MBA courses in Finland and Korea; designed communications for an Indonesian gold mine; delivered manager training in the UK; negotiated an agreement in Japan; and led strategic planning meetings for large and small organizations in North America.
He began his consulting practice in 1993 following 15 years in executive roles at the manager, director and vice-president level.
Milo earned an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh Business School) and has taken continuing education at MIT-Sloan and Henley Management College.
