The InitiaLab® is a specially designed meeting to kick off a new project, launch a new business or mobilize a fast response to an urgent situation.

Participants work in teams to complete fast-paced, productive assignments that develop a multi-focal point of view.

Typical meeting time is 1 to 1.5 days. If less time is available, useful outcomes can be achieved in as little as half a day.
